Last weeks meeting
President Larry announced that the meeting would be primarily an auction committee meeting and requested that SAA contributions be shorter than usual. Members complied with this request. Johnnie AC started the auction meeting at 7:22 and ended at 8:15. He covered every aspect of Auction plans. Seems this is an excellent way to facilitate more club members involvement and knowledge of the Auction planning process. It is not always possible for members to get to evening auction committee meetings.

- From Johnnie Auction: This information accompanied the recent minutes he sent out by e-mail..
"I would like to add a couple things. Belinda had an item duplicate an item number. So she deleted the item and re entered and the item was then numbered sequentially. So everyone please review your entry before saving it.
Also please tape to or put a yellow sticky with your item number and name on each item for ease of identity when you bring it to the ball room on Thursday May 9th.
With regard to gift certificates. Please have them entered in the data base at the very least before April 4th. And if they are for say less than $50 we will likely make them part of the baskets. Also next Thursday is the last day for bringing basket items to Amanda.
