Last weeks meeting
PE Debbie S took the reigns in President Sam's absence. Minor glitch with passwords but she made it work!!
Gord presented a $6k cheque to Jeff Goldby representing "ACTS for water". Jeff told us that the Uganda water project is on time and on budget. Clean water soon available to one Ugandan village! Jeff offered a big thank you for the donation.... There will be an ACT fundraiser in November (see upcoming events).
Speakers were 4 mini classification speeches from Dick, Gord, Chris P and Kal. All very interesting and worthwhile for the "newer" members that have not been around forever! Bill introduced, Mary Lou thanked.....
