Last weeks meeting
Micheal Ghirra and Harvey Kooner provided the history behind this 13th annual Toy Drive in memory of Victor Ghirra. The objective is 40,000 toys this year... During SAA time Rotarians donated items and told stories about books, games, puzzles etc and even some cash donations.
27 members in attendance
Visitors
- Harvey Kooner of Benevolent Brotherhood Society
Sergeant At Arms Tidbits
(Bill SAA)
- Lots of childhood memories shared along with the gift donations.
- Larry came "giftless" as his car was "emptied" the day before and no time to replace the gifts it contained. Thieves had apparently somehow "copied" his remote unlock code, and were able to quietly access his car in broad daylight while parked on the LifeCenter lot.
- Johnny AC announced that Peter has agreed to be assistant AC. (This item was missed in the previous week's bulletin)

Today's Chuckle
Christmas gift.
A man asked his wife what she wanted for Christmas.
I'd like something that's silver and shiny and goes from 0 to 150k in three seconds.
So he went out and bought her a set of bathroom scales!
