Last weeks meeting
President Sam very effectively led an important discussion about the Club's meeting location. Following a full discussion Kal motioned that we relocate to the River Rock Center. Approved unanimously. Sam thanked the committee for their hard work on finding a suitable alternative meeting location. Secretary Bill has provided further information - see Meanderings below.

Meanderings
From Secretary Bill - At our club meeting this morning, Kal motioned that starting next week, August 8th, to move our weekly meetings to the Chairman's Room (just inside the buffet) at the River Rock Hotel for the foreseeable future. The motion passed. Kal will be signing a six month contract on behalf of the club. To continue to have the same (warm and cold) breakfast at the RCC, the per meal price was going to increase to $42.13 per person (all in). Garth confirmed that the RCC needed to make $1,000 per week to cover costs. Our new price at River Rock will be $19.95 plus 18% tip and 5% taxes for an all-in cost of $24.72. There will be a minimum of 25 charged each week and a room fee of $100. River Rock needs to make $600 from our room each week.
SO: Please make sure you, your friends, guest and fellow Rotarians go to the new location for all future meetings
If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask Bill, Sandra, Sam or Kal as they were your sub-committee
